Late cancellations (without 24 hours’ notice) or no-show appointments negatively impact availability for other customers as well as our ability to book for the cancelled time slot. Please be courteous when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
Guests can only cancel an appointment online outside of 24 hours. Guests may reschedule their appointment online outside of 24 hours. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the total service amount. Appointments made within 24 hours of the service date are unable to be cancelled or rescheduled.
Guests who book an appointment and do not cancel online outside of 24 hours are considered a no show. A fee of 50% of the total service will be applied to your account. Any future appointments will require a prepayment of the total amount of the services requested. You will also be required to leave a card on file for future appointments
Deposits or Prepayments will be required for late cancellations and no-show guests. Leaving a card on file will be required for future appointments. In the event an appointment is missed, your card on file will be billed the missed appointment fee.
Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late or don’t show up for an appointment without changing your appointment time online 24 hours before your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% (fifty percent) of your total service charge.
